Niamey – In Niger, unknown violent criminals attacked the international airport in the capital Niamey, according to the Ministry of Defense. The heavily armed attackers entered the area in the early hours of the morning, fired shots and triggered explosions, said General Salifou Modi. There were clashes with security forces, resulting in numerous deaths.
