SmartFit has a profit of R$207 million in the 1st quarter, an increase of 47%

The network of fitness centers SmartFit had recurring net profit of R$207 million in the first quarter of 2026, 47% growth over the same period of the previous year, according to the balance released this Wednesday (6).

The company achieved an operational result measured by Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of R$672 million, 29% highwith margin expansion to 32% compared to 31% in the same period in 2025.

Market analysts expected Ebitda of R$653 million, according to data compiled by LSEG.

The gym customer base grew 6%, reaching 5.6 million, and net revenue increased 25%, to R$2.1 billion.

At the end of the quarter, the company had 2,113 gyms in 16 countries, a network growth of 20%.

Smartfit shares ended the day up 2.77%, quoted at R$18.18, while the Ibovespa advanced 0.5%.
