The PT/PCdoB/PV government federation announced this Friday (8) that it will file a lawsuit with the STF (Supreme Federal Court) against the Dosimetria PL. The acronym states that it will question, through an ADI (Direct Action of Unconstitutionality), the approval of the project that reduces the sentences for those convicted of January 8th.
In addition to the government group, the Psol-Rede federation has also filed an ADI with the Supreme Court asking for the PL to be overturned.
