In a note published on social media, the hairdresser reported that Laís carried out the procedure 30 days agobut returned on Tuesday stating that she was dissatisfied and asking for the refund of the amounts paid.

“Faced with the refusal, since the service had been regularly provided, the customer He began to act aggressively and, unexpectedly and disproportionately, stabbed Eduardo in the back with a knife.“, he reported. The hairdresser suffered a small cut on his back.

The woman’s defense note, signed by criminal lawyer Murilo Augusto Maia, states that “Laís is extremely shaken by all the repercussions of the case“. “(The defense) states that (Laís) never thought about trying to kill Eduardo and that he was carrying a kitchen knife because he was the victim of a robbery near the Barra Funda bus terminal”, he explains.

According to the statement, the client lives in Ribeirão Preto (SP) and, upon returning to the salon in the capital of São Paulo on the 5th, she was treated “with contempt and mockery“. Before that, according to the note, she had questioned the result of the highlighting procedure on April 13, but received no response. The service took place on April 7.

“On the 14th (April), unhappy with the lack of response, she went overboard with WhatsApp messages, being informed by the salon team that it would not be possible to continue the service through that channel, but that they would be available to understand and resolve the problem. Therefore, the statement that Laís took 30 days to question the procedure carried out by Eduardo is false”, says the defense.

The case was registered as bodily injury, threat and self-injury in the 91st Police District.
