Marko Kramár, the son of the legendary actor Maroš Kramár, made a big mistake at the beginning of February 2026. Only a seventeen-year-old young man is responsible for a traffic accident under the influence of alcohol and, moreover, without a driver’s license. The young artist revealed to the website how this incident changed his life.
The accident occurred on Saturday, February 7, on the highway in Senec. According to the police, they measured 1.27 per thousand of alcohol in the driver’s breath. Marko briefly ended up in a police custody cell, where he had to sober up. Three days after the accident, he publicly apologized in a video on social media. The actor frankly admitted that he caused the accident. He openly declared that he is aware of the seriousness of the situation and is ready to bear full responsibility and consequences for it.
Shortly before the unpleasant accident, Marko appeared as a new face in the daily series Sľub. A question mark also hung over his future on Markíza television. After almost two months, a major announcement came. “We continue filming The Promise, we have a signed contract. So nothing is being canceled there.” Kramár Jr. told the newspaper.
Even his father did not break his stick over him. “Marko realizes his extraordinary misconduct and sincerely regrets what happened. He takes full responsibility for his reckless actions and is ready to bear the consequences. As parents, we stand by him and solve the situation together with experts, with an emphasis on teaching responsibility and safety, not only for him, but also for anyone who may find himself in a similar situation,” emphasized Maroš Kramár on the social network.
Editorial office at the end of March, she turned to the spokeswoman of the Regional Directorate of PZ in Bratislava, Silvia Šimkova, who informed us about the stage of the investigation. “In the case mentioned by you, the authorized member of the District Directorate of Public Safety in Senec charged 17-year-old Marko K. with the crime of endangerment under the influence of an addictive substance. When proven guilty in court the accused faces a prison sentence of up to one year“, she stated.
The young man now realizes how the incident affected his life. “From the moment of the accident, I thought about the impact on the family and the media pressure. It was immediately clear to me that there was a great lesson to be learned from this and that now I can be sure that I will lead a life that is worth living.” said Marko forcefully in an interview for Refresher.
