Funk singer MC Ryan, 24, made his first post on social media this Thursday (14), after having the arrest revoked and being released. In the image, he appears next to his girlfriend, Giovanna Roque, on a travel bus and used crying emojis to describe the moment.
Soon after, he shared a photo posted in April on his Instagram of him wearing a t-shirt saying “MC is not a criminal.” In the caption, he wrote: “I’m not a criminal, I’m not a faction. I just want to take care of my family and sing funk.”
The Federal Court ordered, on the afternoon of this Wednesday (13), the revocation of the preventive detention of MC Ryan SP and the consequent release of the funk player.
The TRF-3 (Federal Regional Court of the 3rd Region) extended to the artist the habeas corpus granted to Love Funk manager Henrique Alexandre Barros Viana, the “Rato”, this Monday (11).
MC Ryan and Diogo were preventively detained as part of the Federal Police investigation into criminal money laundering in the world of entertainment.
