The balance of Spanish victims from the earthquakes registered in Venezuela continues to worsen. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported this Saturday that There are now six Spanish citizens deceased as a consequence of the earthquake.
According to the latest data provided, at least 1,430 dead and 3,360 injured, with 133 people missing, 14 of them Spanish nationality.
In addition, the authorities continue the search for 133 people who remain missing, while 14 Spaniards remain located under the rubble, where emergency teams are concentrating their efforts to try to rescue them alive.
Rescue efforts continue
As explained by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rescue teams and devices continue working in the affected areas with the aim of accessing the points where trapped people have been located. There are more than 1,600 troops.
The priority at this time is the rescue of the 14 Spaniards whose location under the rubble has been determined.
Foreign Affairs keeps emergency lines open
