Businessman Henrique Vorcaro, arrested this Thursday morning, is the holder of an account that his son, banker Daniel Vorcaro, used to allegedly hide billion-dollar resources amid investigations by Operation Compliance Zero, says the PF.
Investigators pointed out that, while the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC) “bleeded” to cover Master’s hole in the financial market, Vorcaro hid R$2.2 billion from creditors and victims.
Henrique is one of the main targets of the sixth phase of the Operation, opened this morning to serve seven preventive arrest warrants in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais, in addition to 17 search and seizure orders.
His name, however, had already emerged when the third stage of the offensive opened in early March, leading to Vorcaro’s second arrest.
At the time, a decision by Minister André Mendonça revealed that Vorcaro hid R$2.2 billion from creditors and victims in Henrique’s account with the company CBSF DTVM, the former Reag. Reag is cited in Operation Hidden Carbon, which investigates PCC money laundering in investment funds. The company has denied irregularities.
The PF considered the concealment of the amounts, even after Vorcaro’s release in November, as confirmation of the banker’s evidence of repeated criminal activity – that is, that he continued with “illegal conduct” amid the investigation into the Master scandal.

The evidence of “concealment and squandering of illicitly obtained assets” were one of the points that supported Vorcaro’s second arrest, in March.
A week before the third phase of Compliance Zero, the name of Henrique Vorcaro, Daniel’s father, was also mentioned in the request that Master’s liquidator, EFB Regimes Especiais de Empresas, made to the United States Court, to freeze a mansion in Florida that would be owned by the Vorcaro family.
The document stated that Henrique Vorcaro and Natália Vorcaro, the banker’s father and sister, used the company Sozo to acquire the mansion, in February 2023, as part of an alleged scheme to “buy assets with resources diverted from Master”, giving “continuity to the fraud”.
