The consortium of companies building a new hospital in Prešov wants to ensure the completion of the project. It also declares cooperation with professional investigation of the situation. This was stated by Zsanett Szikszai from West Hungária Építőipari Szolgáltató for TASR, with the fact that the consortium also made an internal decision and excluded Bekor. After the change to the consortium, the companies West Hungária Bau Építőipari Szolgáltató, Magyar Építő and Confector Mérnökiroda operate.
Together they declare their determination complete the project in accordance with the highest professional and quality standards. The consortium takes note temporary suspension of the construction of the hospital to check the quality of the work on the load-bearing elements of the building. However, he points out that the publicly presented conclusions were created before the official expert assessment was completed and are based on incomplete information.
“In order to develop a well-founded technical and legal opinion, it is essential that the customer provides us with relevant expert opinions and documentation and allows us to re-enter the construction site,” said Szikszai. According to her, the members of the consortium are ready to negotiate with by the Ministry of Defence, technical supervision and all relevant expert teams.
“We are convinced that the successful completion of the project, which serves the health care of the residents of Prešov and the entire region, can only be achieved through the constructive and fact-based cooperation of all parties involvedSikszai said.
Minister of Defense Robert Kaliňák (Smer-SD) announced at the end of April that the Department of Defense had suspended the construction of a military hospital in Prešov.
