Indigenous leader treats pneumonia at Hospital Dois Pinheiros and presents favorable clinical evolution, with no fever in the last 24 hours
The 94-year-old chief remains hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit of Sinop, Mato Grosso. The indigenous leader was hospitalized for treatment of pneumonia on (May 14, 2026). The hospital reported that Raoni’s clinical condition is stable and that there have been no complications in the last 24 hours. The chief does not have a fever.
