At the beginning of the month, Rafa told his followers that he needed to remove cartilage from his rib bone to undergo rhinoplasty. She said that, in addition to thinking about the aesthetic aspect, she also had the surgery because of the functionality of her nose.
Rafaella’s first plastic surgery was at the age of 14, when she also underwent rhinoplasty.
