Jožo Prochko had a terrible accident: a pole flew out of the car in front of him and hit his motorcycle! His words freeze the blood in the veins

With the arrival of warmer days, more and more motorbikes are appearing on our roads again. For many people, riding two wheels is synonymous with freedom and relaxation, but there is no need to put on rose-colored glasses – the reality of traffic is extremely harsh. Motorcyclists are among the most endangered road users.

Unlike car drivers, they are not protected by any bodywork, deformation zones, and they rarely have airbags available. Even the smallest contact with asphalt or another vehicle means a direct risk of injury for them.

What is most surprising about the whole situation? Many unpleasant incidents and collisions are not at all the fault of the motorcyclists themselves. Very often, they become victims of the inattention of other drivers or an unpleasant coincidence that no one can influence.

Jozef Prochko, a member of the National People’s Republic of Slovakia, also experienced it. He spoke about the terrifying experience in front of his followers on the social network. “One never knows what will happen in ten minutes,” wrote and posted a video describing what happened. Prochko was getting ready for a meeting in the capital, and since the weather was beautiful outside, he decided to take out his two-wheeler.

Just as he was traveling from Petržalka to Rača, an unexpected situation occurred. “When this rod fell to the ground from the car in front of me and the wheel picked it up, it broke my hood. I got a flat tire.” described a blood-curdling moment. Fortunately, vehicles were not going fast at that time. “Slowly, really. That’s 10 to 15 km speed, so nothing happened“, he revealed what saved him.

At the end of the video, he added that his friend went to help him and wished all bikers a happy return home from their travels. Subsequently, he published footage from the workshop, where his friend was repairing a defect on the rear wheel of his motorcycle. “Good people didn’t die. Paľo selflessly came to pick me up in a wheelchair, patched up the puncture and said – we should help each other… The world is beautiful,” the former comedian was delighted.

He returned to the accident the next day. “Yesterday I had an inconvenience on the motorbike. I got an iron rod stuck in my tire, got a puncture and broke my rear wheel cover. I stopped in a place that did not threaten anyone. I had a reflective jacket and I especially thank Paľ from the bottom of my heart for his selfless help,” he described the details of the whole unpleasantness.

He reminded his followers how they should behave when they see a motorcyclist in distress on the road. “When I see a motorcyclist standing on the side of the road, I stop, put on my blinkers and ask if he needs anything. Whether I’m in a car or on a motorbike. About six drivers did that yesterday. They stopped, put on their blinkers and asked through the window if I needed help. I also thank them from the bottom of my heart.” expressed gratitude to unknown passers-by. You can find his entire statement in the VIDEO above the article.
