London – England’s national soccer coach Thomas Tuchel caused a few surprises with his nomination for the World Cup squad. As expected, Bayern star Harry Kane remains captain, but the German coach is without attacking stars Phil Foden from Manchester City and Cole Palmer from Chelsea in his squad for the tournament in North America. Trent Alexander-Arnold (Real Madrid) and Harry Maguire (Manchester United) are also not part of the 26-man squad.
