Influencer declared admiration for social policies and recalled meeting with the PT member in São Bernardo do Campo
The opposition to the president (PT) rescued a video from 2021 in which the lawyer says that the PT member is the “pai” which he never had. The influencer was arrested on Thursday (May 21, 2026) on suspicion of involvement in a (Primeiro Comando da Capital) scheme.

The lawyer said she kept a photo with the president from the day he surrendered to the Federal Police in São Bernardo do Campo (SP), in 2017. Deolane compared Lula to Jesus Christ and said she hugged him to ask him not to surrender.
“When I entered and saw him, it seemed like I was seeing Jesus — with all forgiveness, Jesus — but that man with the white beard appeared. I hugged him and said, crying: ‘Don’t give yourself up, President. We will stay here at the door and no one will come in’”, declared Deolane.
According to her, Lula replied that he was going, but would return. “I thought: ‘If dad said it, it’s said.’ My family even wanted to go to Curitiba to camp, but I couldn’t work while camped outside the Federal Police”, these.
The influencer said she had never won “R$ 1” from the government and justified the admiration for the PT member’s social policies and for both being from Pernambuco.
“I’m from the Northeast, a lawyer and I have my ideals. It wasn’t normal for a poor person to have a popular car, travel by plane or use imported perfume — they used Avon, Natura and so on. It was not normal for a poor person to study Medicine, and he opened the door for that. There’s no point in denying”, these.

DEOLANE PRISON
The arrest of the lawyer and influencer occurred in an operation launched by the São Paulo Public Ministry and the Civil Police, which is investigating PCC money laundering. Investigations into the use of a cargo carrier based in Presidente Venceslau as a shell company.

Investigators claim that Deolane received R$1,067,505 in fractional deposits below R$10,000 from 2018 to 2021. Almost 50 deposits destined for 2 of her companies were also identified, totaling R$716,000.
The police claim that they did not find any provision of legal services that would justify the transfers. For Justice, there are signs of risk of flight, concealment of assets and possibility of interference in the investigation.
