“The MP, today, will end the mandatory motorcycle freight driver course, the red plate and the minimum age of 21 to work with motorcycle freight. In other words, no governor or Detran, as happened here in São Paulo, will be able to arrest your motorcycle because of the course or lack of course”, stated the minister.
According to São Paulo government authorities, the implementation of federal requirements in the state became free in April this year and with educational supervision for two years.
