Vienna – Three out of 16 child car seats performed “good” in the ÖAMTC test. “Good” was the best grade awarded. Ten child seats received a grade of “satisfactory” and two received a “satisfactory” grade. “One model failed with ‘Not sufficient’: During a frontal crash, the Kinderkraft Mink Pro 2 baby seat detached from its Mink FX2 Isofix base and was thrown through the vehicle,” ÖAMTC technician Steffan Kerbl analyzed the results presented on Tuesday.
