The species of snakes captured by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is not poisonous

The United States Secretary of Health, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., shared this Tuesday (26) a video in which it is bitten by snakes. In the recording, the member of the North American government tries to remove reptiles from the house’s patio from a friend with your own hands. He did not suffer serious injuries due to the incident.

“Cheryl encourages the removal of two blue runners from Dr. Oz’s yard,” Kennedy wrote in the caption of the post in reference to his wife, actress Cheryl Hines.

The species is one of the most common in Florida. The blue runner is known for its speed and agility, in addition to being non-poisonous.

This isn’t the first time Kennedy has had a controversial episode involving wild animals. On another occasion, the secretary admitted to having abandoned carcass of a bear cub in Central Parkin New York.

In mid-April, journalist Isabel Vincent released the unauthorized biography of Roberty F. Kennedy Jr. Entitled “RFK JR: The Fall and Rise”, the book is based on the Health Secretary’s diaries written between 1999 and 2001.
