INSS fraud: businesswoman says she was criminalized for being friends with Lulinha

Roberta Luchsingerbusinesswoman and healthcare consultant, said she was criminalized due to her friendship with Fábio Luís Lula da Silva (Lulinha) and his business connections. The statement was given in an interview with the newspaper Folha de S. Paulo.

The businesswoman is at the center of an investigation by the Federal Police (PF) that investigates deviations in the INSS, the which also investigates the relationship between President Lula’s (PT) son and the businessman Antônio Camilo, the “INSS Carey”.

Roberta reinforces that she is a close friend of Lulinha and his wifeRenata (with whom he even has a matching tattoo), and that the relationship does not depend on President Lula’s political position. “My best friend,” said the publication.

In a statement to the PF, he denies his intention to do business. “I never introduced the two with the intention of business. So much so that they never had commercial transactions.”

Roberta says that, when she did a consultancy worth R$1.5 million for the former executive, he was an unharmed figure. “When my lawyers looked into Antônio and his company’s background so we could sign the contract, there wasn’t a single process,” he told the newspaper. He also said that the business was closed after allegations of fraud.

Friendship

“My friendship with Fábio and Renata is realstrong. It doesn’t matter if his father is president or not. I’m that friend through thick and thin. From when President Lula was in prison”, said Roberta.

The businesswoman also said she opened up 20 years of her financial and tax life to prove that there are no irregular transfers.

Roberta also reports that federal agents damaged furniture, intimidated her employee and made jokes with your private parts, after being searched and seized in an apartment in São Paulo. The defense formalized a complaint to the STF, according to the businesswoman told the newspaper.
