“The popcorn machine is the first thing we turn on when we come,” says Nina Ljung. She is project manager at “Kino am Dach”, a summer cinema on the roof of Vienna’s main library. If you visit the STANDARD, it will still be mid-May before the popcorn machine is used, but preparations for the cinema release on June 1st are already underway. A small hut for the projector is already in place and the inflatable screen is currently being examined.
