The Eisenstadt public prosecutor’s office announced in a broadcast on Friday that the investigation into the death of long-time top judicial officer Christian Pilnacek, which had been discontinued by the Krems public prosecutor’s office, would not be continued. The investigations carried out based on the instructions of the Vienna Public Prosecutor’s Office would not result in any change in the evidence, the letter states.
