The pre-candidate for the government of São Paulo Fernando Haddad (PT-SP) stated this Thursday (11) which should present the first guidelines of its government program later this month. The statement was made to journalists during an agenda with women in the capital of São Paulo.
According to Haddad, the plan is still in the draft phasebut crucial points of the debate must be advanced to gather public opinion on the proposals. State deputy Emídio de Souza (PT-SP), responsible for preparing the document, is moving forward with the initial proposals and should complete the work by the end of the first half of July, according to PT interlocutors.

To journalists, Haddad avoided naming a name for the vice president and stated that the discussions depend on the PSB with President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT).

According to campaign sources, the Márcio França’s name for vice on Haddad’s ticket could be announced in the next few days. Members of the PT believe that he can accept the position, following a direct request from Lula.
France would be inclined to accept and give up its pre-candidacy for the Senate, as long as you have a face-to-face meeting with the PT member and that the invitation is officially made to him.
