New "fire" from Erdogan against Netanyahu: "He will have the end that tyrants have"

The president launched a blistering attack on the prime minister for the second day in a row, using especially harsh descriptions of the Israeli leadership and warning of “accountability” for what he said were crimes in Gaza.

Speaking during an event marking the 158th anniversary of the founding of the Red Crescent, Erdogan described Israel as a source of destabilization and violence in the region, directly accusing the current Israeli government of division and bloodshed.

Parallel with Hitler

“Israel, under the present leadership, has turned into a factory of discord, whose raw material is only blood and tears, only instability and chaos. Those who attack our region, like sharks smelling blood, will eventually be held accountable for the blood they spilled, the cry of the oppressed, which makes the sky tremble, sooner or later will grab the tyrants by the collar,” said the Turkish president.

The Turkish president continued in even higher tones, drawing historical parallels and issuing a direct warning to those who, he said, follow practices of authoritarianism and violence.

“Those who follow Hitler’s footsteps today should not forget that, if they continue like this, their fate will be the same as that of other tyrants in history,” he said, while also asserting that Turkey will continue to support the Palestinians and at the same time demand international accountability for what is happening in Gaza.
