Moderator and editor of Slovak Radio Kristína Malachovská is already cautious in the area of love and does not want to shout anything. For the young woman, despite her great efforts to patch up the scars, her marriage with the mental coach for athletes, Adam Kocian, failed. It’s no secret that the couple finally broke up in the fall of 2023, also because Kika didn’t feel like motherhood and her handsome boyfriend at the time would prefer to see himself as the head of a large family.
Much has changed since then, and in June 2025, eight months after breaking up with Malachovská, Kocian married STVR presenter Barbora Bodáková. They have a baby boy, Alex, together. Kristín has consistently dug through her life and built it anew. At work, she met the nice Jakub, to whom she got engaged a few weeks ago. Although the young brunette has no problem talking about her love, she weighs every unnecessary word when it comes to marriage. The pompous event from seven years ago, when the whole of Bratislava lay at the feet of the young bride Malachovská, will not be repeated. At least that’s what Kristina’s words suggest.
“It will definitely be a secret and we won’t share the date or the place. I already had one perfect wedding and the marriage ended badly, so since then I’m probably the most ‘chilled’ bride under the sun and I don’t care about anything. I want my future husband to be satisfied above all.” she stated for Kika, who finally found her lost right half in Jakub.
“Certainly yes. Our relationship with Cuba is completely different,” says Malachovská, adding that a big shift has also taken place in an important matter. He welcomes parenthood with Jakub. “It is a relationship and a marriage in which I will wish to have a child. It is a relationship filled with love, understanding, and honestly, I have never experienced anything like it. I thank him every day and I sincerely hope that our relationship will never change.” says Kika candidly, who we asked if her ex Adam contacted her after the news of her engagement to congratulate her.
