In a video published on social media, in English, Eduardo once again called Moraes a “dictator” and claimed to be a victim of persecution. “The guy who says he is the victim of what I am denouncing here in the USA is the same one who is judging me,” he declared.
“These guys are human rights violators, and after me, if one day in the next election a radical leftist administration returns here in the USA, they will be together persecuting not only you [Trump]but all the people around him in the administration”, said Eduardo.
The American government and his wife, lawyer Viviane de Barci, from the list of individuals sanctioned based on Magnitsky in December 2025. Bolsonaristas, however, for the magistrate to be punished in this way again.
Moraes was the rapporteur of the action that imposed on Tuesday (16) a sentence of four years and two months in prison on Eduardo Bolsonaro for the crime of coercion during the process for his actions in the USA to intimidate the Brazilian Judiciary and try to prevent the conviction of the former president (PL).

Eduardo once again criticized the way he was notified by the Brazilian Court and said that he does not recognize the process in the STF. During the trial, the DPU (Federal Public Defender’s Office), which represented him in the case, also argued that the former deputy should have been notified by letter rogatory, and not by notice.
“All American authorities know where I live. Even journalists from Brazil have knocked on my door, at my house here in Dallas, Texas, where I live in exile. And I don’t hide it from anyone, but the Supreme Court doesn’t want to do that.”
The former deputy also cited the case of the former deputy (PL-SP) and the blogger Oswaldo Eustáquio Filho, who tried the Italian and Spanish courts, respectively. “None of these countries have ever sent any Brazilian back to Brazil following the requests of Alexandre de Moraes’ crazy justice system,” he said.
Eduardo also defended the election of his brother (PL-RJ) to the Presidency and stated that, if the senator reaches Planalto, he and Jair Bolsonaro could be amnestied.
