Former finalist of Miss Slovakia 2015 Bronislava Gregušová (34) is finally safe at home after months of suffering. Although it seemed that he was living a perfect life in the USA alongside the actor Mario Cimarra (55), known from the telenovela Skrytá pašieň, the opposite was true. Kráska returned to Slovakia with her daughter Briana at the beginning of June and decided to break her silence. She spoke openly about the chilling details of the relationship and domestic violence in the podcast.
The whole process of returning from overseas was extremely difficult. Her big support all the time was her sister Lucia, who supported her and was the first to indicate in November 2025 that the famous actor has a restraining order. Both sisters have now described to the public in detail what exactly preceded the definitive end of this relationship.
In the podcast, Broňa also recalled the period when she and Cimarro lived temporarily in Slovakia during his appearance on the dance show Let’s Dance. However, it was not a time of joy for her. “I was forbidden to give interviews, otherwise I shouldn’t have gone there at all. It was mental blackmail,” she said. At the time, the family suspected that all was not well in the relationship, but they did not know the true extent of the problem. The shocking moment was described by sister Lucia, who came to their Bratislava apartment.
“I was horrified when I saw tufts of hair on the ground. That’s when he pulled out her hair and dragged her along the ground. Sometime during that period, she gave me their passports, telling me not to give them back to her, that she didn’t want this anymore. But the little girl didn’t have a birth certificate at that time, so she was only an American citizen,” recalls Lucia, saying that as a family they learned the whole truth only when she called the police on Cimarra.
One of the turning points was the organization of little Briana’s christening. Broňa arranged for an extension of her stay in Slovakia and paid for everything with her own money. However, according to her, Cimarro demanded that she cancel everything and wanted to leave. That’s when Broňa, according to her own words, fully stood up to him for the first time, although she was experiencing great anxiety while doing so. The definitive turn came only after returning to the USA in the summer of 2025.
“I’ve been dealing with it for a long time, basically since January 2025. However, I didn’t call the police until June 26, 2025. As of this date, I cannot comment further because the criminal proceedings are still ongoing,” explains Gregušová. Mario Cimarro is currently facing domestic violence charges while the incident from the day the police were called is officially being handled.
The case is already in the hands of lawyers and is heading to the American justice system. A jury trial is scheduled for Aug. 3. According to Brone, the actor himself requested this form of process with a clear intention. “We all know why—so he could influence her,” she finished.
