Midfielder Casemiro is “in a new home” for the 2026/2027 season. According to Fabrizio Romano, a journalist specializing in the transfer market, the experienced Brazilian player will play for Inter Miami, from the United States.
The verbal agreement, according to Romano, is agreed. Casemiro will be Lionel Messi’s teammate at the United States club. The desire to work alongside the Argentine star weighed on the decision.
Casemiro was free on the market after leaving Manchester United. The Brazilian, despite having received an offer from the English club, did not renew his contract and was looking for ‘a new home’ to continue his career.
