Action says that images made with AI constitute negative advance advertising; Senator’s advisor talks about attempted censorship
Fé Brasil (Federação Brasil da Esperança), formed by PT, PV and PC do B, called , on Thursday (June 18, 2026), to remove a video from the air, made by artificial intelligence, published by the senator (PL-RJ) on his Instagram profile. The action states that the pre-candidate for Planalto carries out negative early election propaganda and uses artificial intelligence to associate the PT with criminal factions.
The video, on Tuesday (June 16), shows an animation made by AI in which Flávio appears piloting a military aircraft alongside his father, the former president (PL). Subsequently, vessels identified with the acronyms CV and PCC are destroyed, while another, with the initials PT, is pursued.

WHAT THE REPRESENTATION SAYS
In their representation, the parties claim that the content goes beyond the limits of political criticism and constitutes an undue association between the PT and criminal organizations. The federation also questions the publication because it was made before the period allowed for electoral propaganda. Here is it (PDF – 846 MB).
The action also cites the caption published with the video, in which Flávio writes: “Next Thursday, I’m going to give bad news to the CV, the PCC and the PT. Wait for me”. According to Fé Brasil, the message reinforces the attempt to link the party to criminal factions.
The request submitted to the TSE is for the publication to be removed within 24 hours. Fé Brasil also requested that the platform prevent the dissemination of similar content and asked for a fine of up to R$30,000 to be imposed on the senator.
OTHER SIDE
In a note, Flávio Bolsonaro’s advisor stated that the PT tries to “censor” the pre-campaign video. According to the senator’s team, the material has “transparent warning that it was produced by artificial intelligence” and said that the content bothers “who doesn’t care about national public security”.
The federation, however, stated that the warning about the use of AI does not eliminate the irregularity of the publication.

Flávio Bolsonaro will not back down in the fight against crime.”
