But it has one disadvantage, as soon as it melts, it dilutes the drink and often loses some of its taste. That is why a simple trick with wine grapes has spread in hot Mediterranean countries.

This is precisely why people in Mediterranean countries have become fond of a simple trick that has also been spreading on social networks in recent years. They use frozen grapes instead of ice. It cools the drink, but does not change its taste or strength.

Grapes instead of ice

The principle is simple. Just wash the seedless grapes, dry them and put them in the freezer for a few hours. They are then added directly to a pitcher of water or a glass of sparkling water.

Unlike ice cubes, they do not melt, so the drink does not lose its taste. On social networks, this trick is especially recommended for wine, homemade sodas or fruit drinks. People praise that the drink stays cold longer and is not watery.
