In some districts of western Slovakia, a time of increased risk of fires has been announced. The warning applies to the districts of Skalica, Senica, Malacky, Bratislava, Pezinok, Senec, Dunajská Streda, Komárno, Nové Zámky, Levice, Myjava, Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Bánovce nad Bebravou, Partizánske, Prievidza, Trnava and Galanta. The Fire and Rescue Service (HaZZ) reported on the website of the Ministry of the Interior.
In times of increased danger of fire, everyone is obliged to follow the principles of fire safety. In particular, it is forbidden to use an open flame, to burn vegetation, bushes and trees, or to start a fire in areas or places where it can spread.
