B3 announced, on Thursday (7), recurring net profit of R $ 1.28 billion in the second quarter, growth of 4.2% compared to the result in the second quarter of 2024.
In a financial balance, the company attributed performance in the quarter to a “resilient operational performance” and the contribution of the financial result, which was positive at R $ 135.7 million in the second quarter.
“As a result of the incorporations of Neoway and Neurotech, from April 1, there was the use of the tax benefit of R $ 40.7 million resulting from the amortization of the agios related to these acquisitions, which will be used mostly in 5 years and will total approximately R $ 750 million in benefits,” B3 said in the report.
Net revenue from the Scholarship operator totaled R $ 2.54 billion from April to June, up 3.5% year by year.
