Do you want to serve a light, creamy, fluffy cheesecake for the upcoming holidays? There are plenty of recipes on the Internet and in cookbooks, but sometimes baking takes a lot of time to prepare. With Ania Starmach you will make this cake in no time. This recipe is so simple that even a beginner confectioner can make it.
Do We use Philadelphia cheese from Ania Starmach’s recipe. This creamy cottage cheese is used in New York cheesecakes. For some it may be too expensive, so we can successfully replace it with cheese, such as Your Smak, Łaciaty or Moje Favorite.
What ingredients do we need to make cheesecake according to Ania Starmach’s recipe? Here is the exact list:
- 4 eggs;
- 160 g of Philadelphia cheese;
- 160 g of white chocolate;
- optional: powdered sugar, fruit icing or fruit for decoration.
For this cheesecake we need a mold with a diameter of 18 cm. We recommend greasing it with butter and sticking a strip of baking paper to the sides.
First, break the white chocolate into smaller piecesand then dissolve it in a water bath. After cooling slightly we mix it with cheese.
In the next step, we separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with the chocolate and cheese mass, and beat the whites until fluffy and only then do we add them to the whole.
Pour the prepared dough into the form and place it on the baking trayonto which we previously pour one glass of water or add a few ice cubes.
Bake the cheesecake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. After this time, reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and leave the dough for another 20 minutes.
After the baked goods have cooled down we can sprinkle it with powdered sugar, cover it with fruit icing or decorate it with fruit.
