Of course, wash and drying experts have become mainly modern appliances that really can do almost miracles. However, something costs and their operation is not free, but they have found their way to many households. They are tremendously practical.
No and not dry
How many times have you ironed quite wet linen in an effort to dry it faster? Or do you prefer to use a hair dryer? Drying at home in the apartment, but also in the dryer, where air flows poorly or is really cold, is too lengthy.
When the laundry hangs on a classic dryer, the individual pieces are too close to each other. The dryers are all sorts of ways, but even their manufacturers make them as spatially as economical as possible, and therefore cords or wires are simply very close to each other. However, this complains which is crucial for drying.
The result is not only slow drying, musty air in the apartment and sometimes unpleasant smell of clothes. In addition, the damp in the room contributes to the fact that we do not feel comfortable in the home and in the winter months they start to form even in less ventilated parts of the apartment or house.

Japanese trick of “rainbow hanging”
The Japanese came up with a simple tweak that will speed up drying significantly. It is called a “rainbow”. The principle is simple and the shape of a really rainbow or arc resembles. The longest pieces of clothing hang on the edges, the shortest in the middle. This creates a shape typical of a rainbow, thanks to which the air can flow better.
It is also important not to overfill the dryer. Each T -shirt or towel needs its space. If you want to speed up the process even more, build a fan next to the dryer. It does not have to blow hot air, just flow. This connection works faster than waiting for natural drying.
Another smart Japanese method
Also, the Japanese know the four seasons well, so they are struggling with similar problems in drying laundry as we do. In addition to the rainbow method, there are other interesting solutions in Japan to speed up drying of laundry.
Drying in the bathroom called Yokushitsu Kansōki uses the bathroom ventilation. A ventilation is installed in the bathroom that blows warm air. The linen hangs on a dryer in the bathroom, ideally directly where the air blows the fan and in a few hours it is dry.
Futon Dryer or Futon Socker is an electrical device that blows warm air directly into laundry or bed futons, ie traditional Japanese mattresses. It works quickly, gently and energy consumption corresponds to a conventional hair dryer. Futon Dryer is a device that is also used to dry and warm up blankets and beds during the winter months, when it is not possible to ventilate the bed linen well and at the same time the Japanese are preparing a bed for sleeping. Some models also have a mite disposal function.
It is certain that if you combine the rainbow method and a fan in the bathroom or even a futons dryer, you will surely have a dry laundry once.
