PT presented representation and the Ethics Council drawn the rapporteur; process has an estimated duration of 2 months
The House Ethics Council opened on Tuesday (23.Set.2025) one against the deputy (PL-SP) for breach of parliamentary decorum. The representation was presented by the PT.
The Constitution states that the loss of mandate of a deputy can only be declared by the Board of Directors from the request of other congressmen or parties.
