Israel assaults the last ship of the Global Sumud Flotilla in international waters: "This is not the end of our mission"

Héctor Juanatey called me, although as Xoan Tallón says, that doesn’t matter, everyone has a name. I like writing and telling things. In the Huffpost I write politics, and as a policy it is everything, telling them this is like saying everything and saying anything.

On what topics I write

In the Huffpost I write, as I told them, of politics, that it is. If they wanted to go into detail, I tell you: to like it, I like to write everything that worries me inside and outside the writing. In recent years, for example, I have been investigating the rise of the extreme right, a kind of invisible virus that grows more every day. A growth, however, that is also responsible, and in them I like to notice, be it Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg or Ultradector influencers with more and more followers. But also politics is the cause of the disaffection of the ultras. Hence, you never have to forget fundamental issues such as housing; In short, of the material conditions of citizenship. For that reason, too, and from the coverage I made for public during the 15M at the Puerta del Sol, in Madrid, I have focused much of my work on the different claims of social mobilization. Always suspect those journalists who usually overwhelm with the cantinela of objectivity. In the end, they only seek to discredit the very meaning of the profession.

My trajectory

Despite all the warnings, since I opted to study journalism (degree and master’s degree in research journalism), with the exception of a break in which I worked in speech and political communication, I have been lucky enough to dedicate myself to writing. I started in the voice of Galicia and, after leaving the land (Galicia) and moving to the capital in search of labor opportunities, I went through public, La Sexta, I was the founding editor of Eldiario.es, and I have written for a good number of media such as Praza.com, the magazine Luzes, Playground Magazine, La Marea, Vanity Fair or CTXT. On one occasion I was in the refugee camp of Dajla, in the Sahara, and from there I brought brief annotations that were published as a book, ‘Dajla. Notes from O Sahara ‘, edited by Praza. In another, I interviewed Txema Guijarro, one of the people who worked in the asylum of Julian Assange and Edward Snowden, and those dialogues also became a book, ‘The analyst. An accidental spy in cases Assange and Snowden ‘, by KO’s books. In another period of time, I created with the comedians Facu Díaz and Miguel Maldonado a humor program, the News nut, because they are clear that without laughter we are going to the m *****.
