I combine a few ingredients and serve it for dinner. This salad always works

A colorful salad full of vitamins, perfect for dinner – if you are looking for something like this, this is the recipe. Just combine a few ingredients and it is the perfect addition to any main dish.

  • 10 cherry tomatoes,
  • 1 large green cucumber,
  • a bunch of radishes,
  • small yellow pepper,
  • small green pepper,
  • 2 tablespoons of chili oil,
  • a bit of apple cider vinegar,
  • a few sprigs of dill,
  • salt and pepper.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves. Wash the cucumber and cut it into half-slices (if it has a thick skin, you can peel it first). Wash the radishes thoroughly and cut into thin slices. Remove seeds from both peppers and cut them into small strips.

In a small bowl, mix the chili oil with a little apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Place all vegetables in a large bowl. Pour the prepared dressing over and mix gently to combine the ingredients well. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

You can serve the salad immediately, but it tastes best after 10-15 minutes.
