A heavy rain lasting about 20 minutes was enough to flood external areas of the City Parkem Belém (PA)this Monday (10), first day of COP 30. The accumulation of water especially affected the Julius Caesar Avenueone of the main access routes to Blue Zonewhere part of the conference activities take place.

Participants needed take off your shoes or walk barefootwhile others chose to follow the road, alongside buses and vehicles, to avoid the flooded sections. The phenomenon, common to people from Pará, ended surprising foreign visitorswho had to improvise to protect their formal attire.
