Spanish tapas in the Algarve? This was the last 100 Montaditos to open and on Sundays there are discounts

The opening of a new 100 Montaditos in Quarteira has become the Algarve’s latest gastronomic highlight. The restaurant, which follows the Spanish concept of montaditos and small portions served on bread, opened on September 25th and brought new options, promotions and an increase in the tapas offer in the region.

According to the NiT portal, the space was installed on Rua Capitão Salgueiro Maia and opened with a setting that replicates Andalusian-inspired taverns, including a terrace and total capacity for 138 people. This new unit of the Restalia group added 12 jobs in the Algarve city, reinforcing the brand’s presence in the south of the country.

The menu follows the chain’s usual Mediterranean line, with a wide selection of montaditos divided into classic, special, gourmet, premium and sweets.

The publication adds that each unit varies between one and two euros, maintaining the logic of reduced prices that characterizes the concept.

The main novelty of this opening is the introduction of bifana, a frequent request from customers and which is now part of the fixed offer. In addition to the montaditos, side dishes are still available, such as simple fries or with cheddar sauce, as well as beer mugs in different sizes.

According to the same source, the Quixote costs 1.50 euros and has 33 centiliters, while the Sancho comes in half a liter and remains priced at two euros. These drinks complete the space’s offering and follow the approach of accessibility that the brand has promoted.

After several weeks of anticipation among the chain’s regular customers, the restaurant opened maintaining the well-known Wednesday promotion. It states that, on that day, all montaditos and mugs on the menu now have a single value of 1 euro, regardless of the category.

According to the same source, on Sundays there are also additional discounts applied to all brand units, including the recently opened one in Quarteira.

The publication adds that these promotions contribute to the regular flow of customers, even outside of high season, making the restaurant a stopover for those looking for quick meals or varied combinations at reduced prices. The weekly dynamic, combined with the diversity of options, reinforces the integration of the Spanish concept into the city’s food routine.
