Salad with hambut prepared in a different way – the secret is a delicious sauce with green peppers, garlic and mustard. A classic in a new version is something worth investing in in the near future. This recipe will also be useful for various types of events, as well as for everyday use.

  • 150 g pork ham,
  • 150 g of yellow cheese in a piece,
  • 100 g canned peas,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 3 pickled cucumbers,

Sos:

  • 1 green pepper,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • 100 g of cream 12%,
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar,
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard,
  • salt and pepper.

Hard boil the eggs, cool in cold water, peel and chop finely. Cut the ham and yellow cheese into cubes. Do the same with the cucumbers, draining them from the brine first. Drain the canned peas. Place all ingredients in a large bowl.

Wash the green pepper, remove the seeds and cut into very small cubes or chop it with a blender. Transfer to a bowl. Add cream, vinegar, mustard and pressed garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the prepared sauce to the prepared ingredients and mix thoroughly. Put everything in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the flavors mingle. Your ham salad is ready – bon appetit.
