Almost 60 years ago, Austria and Yugoslavia signed a recruitment agreement that shaped the migration history of Europe. From April 4, 1966, more and more Yugoslav workers were expected to find jobs in Austria, and more and more families relocated their center of life. You can notice this many years later when walking through the city when Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian (BKS) is spoken.
