Anyone affected by Kristin depression can, through a “very succinct description” of how they were affected, request support of up to 10,000 euros. Anyone who does not have access to the Internet should ask for help at the parish council
A platform will be available from this Thursday to give monetary support to anyone who was affected by the storm Kristin.
HAS , Paulo Fernandes, coordinator of the mission structure created to rebuild the central region of the country, details the simplicity of what needs to be done to obtain help: “It is support until 10.000 euroshyper-simplified, in which people only need to make a very succinct description of the problems and within a week or two this amount could be available.”
The person responsible emphasizes that the People can ask for help in their respective parishes to fill out the forms: “As of Thursday, people can start filling out this same platform. We are also working with the municipalities and, from then on, with the parish councils, so that we can also have a proximity response to help with filling out the platform.”
The Câmara da Marinha Grande, for example, already has one to help “companies, individuals, IPSS, communities, religious entities, parish councils and humanitarian associations that need support within the scope of measures that may be determined by the Government”.
The Municipality of Caldas da Rainha also created one for people and companies to report the material damage caused by the Kristin depression.

“The Executiv recognizes the significant impact of the storm on agricultural activity and the additional pressure felt by affected producers, in an already demanding context for the sector.
