Singer and actress Nela Pocisková looked back at the year 2025, which she described as very interesting and transformative. In an interview with she said that last year was also strong in many decisions. “I started listening to myself more and went after what I really wanted,” she stated and highlighted the work on the Wine project and also the entry into the Dunaj series, at your service.
She was also not idle in her singing career, which she decided to focus more on. “I’ve created 9 new songs that I’m gradually putting out, and besides all that, I’m trying to spend time with my family and learning to make honest decisions…” she indicated and explained what she actually meant.
“I honestly want to decide whether I want to do things to please other people and fulfill their needs, or I’m going to make a decision based on what’s good for me. Regardless of whether it will satisfy anyone else,” explained Pocisková.
The past year was not only about happy moments, but it was also marked by sadness and tears. “I also lost three close people and that, of course, is something that affects a person the most. And then there are also daily “ups and downs” – but we all experience that. However, not everything belongs on the pages of newspapers and magazines…” she said, making it clear why she did not want to release the information to the world right away.
“It was two family members and one close person who taught me a lot about horses,” she added. The last loss mentioned was the sudden death of an actor and stuntman Petr “Andy” Hric († 65), who has appeared in foreign blockbusters in the past. During his career worked as a stuntman and horse trainer on the production of films such as Gladiator, The Three Musketeers and The Mummy 3.
Pocisková, who is known for her love of horses, reacted to the sad news on the social network. “This broke me. The man who taught me everything I know about horses is gone. I hope you’re doing well. Thank you for everything. My sincere condolences to the entire family and loved ones,” she said on Instagram.
