Washington / New York – Ghislaine Maxwell wants to refuse to testify at a hearing scheduled for Monday before a committee of the US House of Representatives. She was convicted in 2021 of aiding and abetting the sexual abuse of underage girls by the late US financier Jeffrey Epstein and is serving a 20-year prison sentence.
