Prosecutor investigates CV order after fan fight at CE – 02/10/2026 – Daily

The Public Ministry of Ceará is investigating messages attributed to a criminal faction that allegedly ordered an end to clashes between organized fans of the Ceará and Fortaleza clubs, following episodes of violence recorded in the first Clásico-Rei of the year, last Sunday (8).

The information was confirmed to Sheet this Tuesday (10).

The state has been suffering from the advance of factions, which results in a hard-line policy in public security. According to the Prosecutor’s Office, no further information will be released at this time to avoid compromising the progress of the investigations.

Sunday’s match at Arena Castelão, for the Campeonato Cearense, ended 0-0.

The messages, known as “salves”, began circulating on social media hours after clashes between fans that resulted in the arrest of 357 people, 241 adults and 116 teenagers, according to data from the Secretariat of Public Security and Social Defense of Ceará.

In one of the messages attributed to the criminal faction Comando Vermelho, one says that “fan fights are completely ‘locked down’ within the state”, with the justification that the clashes would increase the police presence in the communities.

The ministry informed that the Civil Police investigates all information that comes to the attention of the authorities and that Intelligence sectors assist police work.

The clashes, according to the secretariat, took place in locations “strategically chosen as they were far from Arena Castelão, in an attempt to avoid police presence”.

After the messages were circulated, presidents of TUF (Torcida Uniformizada do Fortaleza) and Cearamor released videos announcing their resignation from their positions. Cearamor regretted the episodes of violence.

Mofi Serrinha, another organization from Ceará, released a statement announcing the closure of activities for an indefinite period.

The report tries to contact the organized fans.
