Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday that every power plant in the country had been damaged by Russian attacks. “There is not a single power plant in Ukraine that was not damaged by Russian attacks,” said Zelensky. “Sometimes we manage to deliver new missiles for our Patriot or NASAMS systems right before an attack, other times at the last minute,” he added, calling for faster arms deliveries for Ukraine’s Western-supplied anti-aircraft defense systems.
