Officially disqualified from Big Brother Brasil 26, former player Edilson Capetinha is the third participant to leave the program for failing to comply with the program’s disciplinary rules.
Edilson’s expulsion marks this year’s edition with the highest number of expulsions from the reality show, the third in total. Before him, participants Paulo Augusto and Sol were also eliminated for rape.
In a note published on social media, he commented on his brother’s trajectory within the house. Check it out in full:
“Edilson entered BBB with an open mind. He experienced everything with intensity, without character, without a mask, being exactly who he is. Those who watched closely saw commitment, saw emotion, saw successes and mistakes like any human being subjected to extreme pressure 24 hours a day.
The expulsion took place in the heat of a clash. It was within a game that affects psychology, pride and emotional limits. There was no intention to hurt anyone outside of that context. There was tension. There was wear and tear. There was the weight of confinement speaking louder for a few seconds. Out here, life takes on another dimension. More calm, more reflection, more learning.
Edilson leaves with his head held high, aware of himself, the values he carries and the respect he has always had for his family and anyone else’s family. The cycle inside the house ends. Not his story. Thank you for every message, every support, every word of support. Your affection crossed the walls of the house and will continue with it from now on.”
