Rohrbach – A woman was found dead on Saturday evening in a residential building in the Rohrbach district in the Mühlviertel, Upper Austria. The Upper Austria State Police Directorate initially only confirmed on Sunday morning that she had gunshot wounds. It is not yet clear who did the shooting – suicide cannot yet be ruled out. However, several media outlets reported that the twelve-year-old daughter would incriminate the victim’s 43-year-old partner. (APA, February 15, 2026)
