Due to a suspected wolf sighting, a carnival procession in Leverkusen, Germany, near Cologne had to stop briefly on Saturday. A police spokesman said on Sunday that the first reports from citizens about a wolf in the city were received around midday. The information also reached the leader of the carnival procession, who then stopped the procession.
