The mayor’s management () signed, this Tuesday (24), a TAC (Term of Adjustment of Conduct) with the Public Ministry to expand two more large events on Avenida Paulista.
With the addition, the city hall will be able to hold a mega event in the second half of this year, in addition to two others starting in 2027. There are still no details about Nunes’ plans for the road.
Before the agreement, the Public Ministry authorized the use of Avenida Paulista only for the New Year’s Eve party, the São Silvestre Race and the LGBT+ Parade.
This Tuesday morning, Nunes and secretaries Edson Aparecido (Government) and André Lemos Jorge (Justice) were at the headquarters of the Public Ministry, in the center of the capital, to sign the addendum with prosecutor Marcelo Otávio.
The process now goes to the Superior Council of the Public Ministry for approval.
