Boston – US President Donald Trump has suffered another setback in his promised mass deportation of migrants. US federal judge Brian Murphy declared on Wednesday that the practice of deporting foreigners without residency rights to third countries in an expedited manner was unlawful. Those affected have little opportunity to claim protection from persecution or torture, said the district judge in Boston. However, he suspended the ruling’s entry into force for 15 days to give the government time to appeal given the importance of the case.
