Berlin – The German Bundestag has approved the German-Austrian aviation security agreement, which is intended to improve cross-border control of potentially dangerous civil aircraft. The agreement was signed in December 2022 in Berchtesgaden by ÖVP Defense Minister Klaudia Tanner and her then German counterpart Christine Lambrecht.
